About Richard Pisapia

Richard has been in the real estate business since he was 23 years old. He ran five companies as either CEO or Vice-President of Sales or Marketing until 1999. At that time, he received his real estate license, and ever since, real estate has been his “first passion.” Richard continued his education and went on to receive his Certified Residence Specialist (CRS). He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and is an Equity Marketing Specialist (EMS).

Richard’s success is due to his experience in the investors marketplace. Understanding how to make money as an investor is very important to all of us because it opens a number of doors. The trick is to enjoy the house you purchased as a home, a very important investment, watch it rise in value and know when to get out and move up based on market conditions. Schooling and certifications raise the bar because most realtors do not have the additional training.
